We'll provide a flyer for your event! You can pass out paper copies and/or share digital flyers via email and social media.

Supporters will show their paper or digital flyers at checkout to participate. 15% of net sales will be donated to your organization!

Who should I contact about hosting a fundraiser?

What paperwork do I need to get started?
A W-9 Form and an application form provided by the restaurant.
How soon can we host an event at a Bob Evans Restaurant?
Please connect with your local Bob Evans at least four weeks in advance of your event.
What percentage of sales is donated back to my organization?
15% of the total net sales from your fundraising event will be donated to your approved organization.
How many guests do I need to host an event?
We suggest a minimum of 25 guests. The more the merrier!
How can I promote my event?
We’ll design a custom flyer for your event. You can print and pass out paper copies and/orshare your digital flyer via email and social media.
What do supporters need to do to participate?
On the day of your event, supporters need to either show their paper/digital flyeror mention your event at checkout.
Can we promote the event at the restaurant?
Flyers may not be distributed on Bob Evans premises, including our parking lot and dining room.
If I need to change the date or cancel my fundraiser, who should I contact?
Contact the manager at your local Bob Evans Restaurant.
When can I expect my check?
After your Community Fundraising event, please allow 45-60 business days for your check to arrive in the mail.
Can gift card purchases be used towards the event?
Gift card purchases will not count toward the fundraiser event sales. However, you may use a gift card as a form of payment.
Are there any exceptions or ineligible purchases?
Gift cards and orders placed through Bobevans.com or third-party delivery are excluded and will not count toward the event sales total.
